Portland Area, Oregon

A quick post today.  Dean managed to find a pretty nice bike on Craigslist. He had loaned Jay his bike for a bit.  When we arrived in Seattle to get it back it had been painted with glittery gold paint including the tires. This was at Jays old place. Apparantly one of his roommates girlfriend, did not know or ask who’s bike it was. No wonder Jay wanted to move.

We spent some quality time with Dax. I have no idea how we all managed to be wearing purple.

A local Dahlia farm was open for viewing.  There must have been hundreds of different types. I think I blended quite nicely with the pink ones.

Big blooms, little blooms and every color combo.  What a treat!

I could not believe they used my word.  But these bi-colored dahlias were pretty bodacious.

This wreck had just happened moments before we drove by. It seemed no one was hurt as they were all on their phones. I bet the traffic was jammed up after the wreckers showed up.

Moving to the Oregon coast and thankful to be getting away from all this city traffic.
